Thank you for you interest in The Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX). ICREX is a commercial information exchange that allows members to advertise their properties on a national database. Information on the exchange has been attached for your review. Joining ICREX allows you to post not only your property listings on the exchange, but also your complete company and broker profiles. You will also gain access to member-only features such as a full list of ICBR members with broadcast email ability, aerial photos, commercial real estate forms and an industry calendar of events.
In order to join ICREX, you must be a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR). ICBR provides its over 550 members opportunities to earn continuing education credits, access to centralized communication among ICBR members, resources to lobby Indiana government for the benefit of commercial brokers and much more. Your support as a member will also enable ICBR to continue its key role in passing legislation important to the commercial real estate industry such as the recently passed Broker Lien and License Portability laws.
